Are your products HSA/FSA eligible?
Products marked as "HSA/FSA Eligible" are approved by SIGIS to be qualified under IRS Code Section 213(d) as eligible health care/medical products.
Products marked as "HSA/FSA Pending" are currently under review by SIGIS.
Products with no HSA/FSA claims are not eligible yet but we may apply for approval if necessary.

Do you provide International shipping?
We offer international shipping via USPS First Class or Priority International Air, depending on package weight. Delivery typically takes 6–10 business days from the date of shipment.
Please note: We can only ship to countries serviced by the U.S. Postal Service and its international partners. Consequently, we may be unable to fulfill orders to certain regions, including parts of Africa and South America.

Can you expedite shipping?
