We care about our customer's safety and are proud to say that our representative toe products/materials were tested and certified to be safe from lead and phthalate through an accredited and independent lab.

Are your products HSA/FSA eligible?
Products marked as "HSA/FSA Eligible" are approved by SIGIS to be qualified under IRS Code Section 213(d) as eligible health care/medical products.
Products marked as "HSA/FSA Pending" are currently under review by SIGIS.
Products with no HSA/FSA claims are not eligible yet but we may apply for approval if necessary.

Do you provide International shipping?
We provide international shipping via USPS First Class Int'l Air or USPS Priority Int'l Air depending on the weight, and it takes approximately 6-10 business days from shipping until delivery.
(Please understand that we do not ship to countries where the United States Postal Service does not have contracted postal agencies, including but not limited to; some countries in Africa, South America, etc.)

What is your returns policy?
If there are issues with the product, or if you are not satisfied with our product, contact us via info@chiroplax.com within 30 days from delivery. We will provide a postage pre-paid shipping label, and a full refund will be processed when the item has been returned to us.
Can you expedite shipping?
Orders will be processed and sent to the carrier (US Postal Service) normally the same day or within one business day. Delivery will take approximately 3-4 days after orders are processed within the continental U.S.
