If the seller name of the product was us (Chiroplax), we will be happy to accept a free return or an exchange. Unauthorized sellers or drop shippers may offer our products or counterfeits, and we are not responsible for returns of purchases from these unauthorized sellers.

PURCHASES FROM AUTHORIZED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS

Please contact the healthcare professional you purchased the product from for their returns process.

 

PURCHASES FROM UNAUTHORIZED VENDORS (including drop shippers)

We do not authorize other third-party sellers or drop shippers, and we make our best efforts to remove their unauthorized listings from Marketplaces. However, removing them is not inside our control. RETURNS/EXCHANGES PROCESS

If you purchased the product from Chiroplax.com, you can simply forward the order confirmation email to info@chiroplax.com with a return/exchange reason or provide your order ID with a return/exchange reason.

If you purchased the product from Marketplaces, email us at info@chiroplax.com with the following information:

● Order ID

● Shipping Address

● Reason for the Return/Exchange

Upon validation of your order, we will send you a confirmation email with return/exchange instructions.
